A good sausage should be juicy and succulent. Only "real" cuts of meat such as shoulder and belly pork are used in Deva Foods sausages – they do not have any of the gross bits such as skin, cheek, trotters, added fat, "other?". All the sausages are made on a coarse mince setting, this means there are pieces of meat in the sausages, (they are definitely not pasty, smooth, solid or of a non-descript content!). The meat is then mixed with seasoning and filled into collagen casings before being hand linked and packed into sixes. Each pack weighs approximately 1lb (454g).
Range of Flavours:
- Traditional Pork Sausages: Self explanatory. A great all rounder!
- Pork and Chive Sausages: Visual green flecks of chive in the sausage and a subtle flavour. Good breakfast sausage, not over seasoned.
- Leek and Ginger Sausages: Great flavour profile, fine balance of leek and hint of ginger.
- Smokey Hickory Sausages: The kids as well as adults all love these – sweet smokey overtones.
- Cracked Black Pepper Sausages: This is our favourite – we think it is a real grown up sausage, bit of a traditional pork sausage with a slight kick of extra pepper.
- Lincolnshire Sausages: A herb sausage flavoured with sage.
- Tomato & Basil Sausages: Another favourite – bit of sweetness from the tomato coming through.
- Cumberland Sausages: Traditional spiced and herb sausage ring.
- Mexican Chilli Sausages: A hot spicy sausage. Definitely has that extra kick.
- Pork and Apple Sausages: Slightly sweeter than traditional Pork sausage.
- Herby Sausage: Mixed herb sausage with tonnes of flavour.

Proper bacon with no shrinkage or white “gunk”. We would like to tell you more about our bacon but we cannot because that would give away the secret recipe! Safe to say it tastes fabulous!
